Golden chicken and broccoli coated in a glossy honey, soy and sweet chilli sauce, served over fluffy rice cooker rice.

Method
Rinse the rice until the water runs mostly clear. Add it to the rice cooker with water according to your cooker's markings, then start cooking.
Steam or boil the broccoli for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
Mix the honey, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, garlic and ginger. Pour into the pan and stir to coat the chicken.
In a small cup, mix the cornflour with 2 tbsp cold water until completely smooth. Pour this mixture into the pan while stirring - do not add dry cornflour.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until the sauce is glossy and thick. Fold in the broccoli.
Spoon the rice into bowls, top with the sticky chicken and broccoli, then finish with spring onions or sesame seeds.
Cook's noteFor extra sauce, increase the honey, soy and sweet chilli sauce by half.
